  • Preboarding

    Our team reaches out to setup a discovery call to understand your needs. This is followed by a scoping your requirements into a document and presented to you as a proposal.

  • Onboarding

    Upon onboarding, a CX (or customer expert/project manager) is assigned to be your point of contact during the tenure of our association with you. The CX shall provide you with a detailed project plan enlisting timelines for every part of the project.

  • Implementation

    Here starts the fun. Working on the 4 D's from Designing to Developing to setting up your test-> staging-> live server through DevOps and finally Deploying, it shall all happen here. You being a part of every step of progress here.

  • Continuous Improvement

    Here comes the part that continuously helps your improve your website's health and beauty. You choose from our Continuous Improvement Plans (CIP) and get on to doing what you do best, while we handle your requirements as they come to your mind.
